3. Deposit & Payment

To confirm your booking with us, a deposit is required:

  • For Tour Bookings: A deposit of 30% of the total booking value via credit card is required at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
  • For Cruise Bookings: A deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining balance is to be settled at least 15 days prior to your arrival.

All transactions are conducted through secure payment methods to ensure your financial information is safe. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB.

4. Cancellation & Amendments

While we regret any decision to cancel, we understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • For Tour Bookings:

    • More than 45 days before departure: 90% refund of the deposit.
    • 45 to 20 days before departure: 70% refund of the deposit.
    • 20 to 15 days before departure: 50% refund of the deposit.
    • 15 days or less before departure or no-show: No refund.

  • For Cruise Bookings:

    • More than 30 days before departure: 80% refund of the deposit.
    • 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund of the deposit.
    • 7 to 14 days before departure: 25% refund of the deposit.
    • 7 days or less before departure: No refund.

5. Changes to Booking

If you wish to amend your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee changes.
