Cancellation Policy of Best Halong Cruise

We regret to hear that you are considering canceling your trip. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to outline our cancellation policy clearly for your convenience.

1. Cancellation Policy for Tours and Holiday Packages

  • More than 45 days before departure: A refund of 90% of the total tour cost.
  • Between 45 and 30 days before departure: A refund of 70% of the total tour cost.
  • Between 30 and 15 days before departure: A refund of 50% of the total tour cost.
  • Less than 15 days before departure or for no-shows: No refund.

2. Cancellation Policy for Halong Cruise Bookings

  • More than 30 days before the trip: A refund of 80% of the total booking amount.
  • Between 15 and 30 days before departure: A refund of 50% of the total booking amount.
  • Between 7 and 14 days before departure: A refund of 25% of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.

3. Company-Caused Cancellations

Best Halong Cruises reserves the right to cancel a booking in cases of force majeure situations, including but not limited to natural disasters, health crises, or political instability. In such cases, all payments made will be fully refunded without the right to any additional compensation.
